The 27 year long civil war that wreaked devastation across Angola moved former soldier, Antonia Tomas Ana, to fight against injustice, discrimination and tribalism. He uses his sculptures to protect the fragile from the strong. The loss of the freedom of expression and privacy in today's Angola is also highlighted.
