Olaniyi Rasheed Akindiya

This Ghanaian environmental artist has created an installation from waste plastic bottles, copper wires, discarded sandals, scraps of paper and nylon, different coloured umbrellas and a broken computer. In all, around 400 pieces make up the sculpture. Olaniyi's works are known to provoke debates, create curiosity, educate, and cause psychological findings through a world of creative ideas that bring discussion, without using conventional ink on paper.
