If you are employed or contracted to an entity that is affiliated or associated with Freedom to Create and cease to be a member of staff, your profile will be retained in accordance with applicable law and Freedom to Create policies but altered so that it is clear to other members of the Website that you no longer work for Freedom to Create.

Freedom to Create will notify you by email before deleting your profile. If your profile is deleted, other data and information that you have included on the Website will still remain on the Website and will be visible to other users.
