Invitations. In order to post comments to and connect with other users on the Website, you may use the Website to send invitations to other users or prospective users, to the extent permitted by the Website. The names and emails addresses of people whom you invite will be used to send your invitations and reminders as well as to allow Freedom to Create to help expand your network. Please note that when you send an invitation to connect to another user, that user will have access to your email address because it is displayed in the invitation. Information is also collected for participants of any contests, surveys or promotions held, owned or managed by Freedom to Create.

If you are employed or contracted to an entity that is affiliated or associated with Freedom to Create and cease to be a member of staff, your profile will be retained in accordance with applicable law and Freedom to Create policies but altered so that it is clear to other members of the Website that you no longer work for Freedom to Create.

Freedom to Create will notify you by email before deleting your profile. If your profile is deleted, other data and information that you have included on the Website will still remain on the Website and will be visible to other users.

Children. Children are not eligible to use the Website and we ask that those under the age of 16 do not submit any personal information to us or use the Website.
